About West of Continental

West of Continental is also known Country Club because of its two 18-hole golf courses. One is private known as Aspen Valley Golf Club designed around the Rio De Flag with ponds, lakes and spectacular mountain views. The other one is open to the public in and owned by the HOAs in the Continental Country Club.

The Northern Pines is conveniently located at the intersection of the I-17 and I-40. You can also drop by at Black Barts Steakhouse, absolutely fabulous food! Best steak, salmon, homemade biscuits, pumpkin and sweet potato tart that makes your mouth water, and wonderful entertainment in an old west saloon environment. One of the best quick stops in town is GoGo’Z. They specialize in fresh and made to order gourmet sandwiches.

Another a local place with a good vibe is at Uptown Pubhouse. Great place to hang out with friends after a hard day at work or over the weekends. Great beers and billiards in a smoke-free environment. If you have guests in Flagstaff seeking a good, fresh, and tasty meal with a drink, Shift Kitchen and Bar is the best place.
