About Upper Greenlaw
This Flagstaff neighborhood was developed in the 1970s and homes were built on the model of Coconino Estates’ original homes—masonry and smaller, generally with one-car garages. There are also some duplexes in the area.
The homes range from older homes built in the 70s to newer ones mostly found in the Sweitzer Mesa area.
It is possible to find 3-bedroom homes priced under $300,000, and this makes them attractive to first-time homebuyers.
