Here’s why short-term rentals are no longer allowed in the neighborhood.
As we begin a new year, I wanted to quickly touch on one of the big changes coming in Flagstaff this year to give you an idea of what to expect.
Most of the homes in Continental Country Club are in the HOA, although some of them aren't. They made a ruling last year that they will no longer allow short-term rentals in the HOA that are under 30 days. Starting at some point this year, it will be enforced. This news doesn’t affect those homes that aren’t in the HOA.
"We can get you a free market analysis of your property today."
If you have a second home here and are relying on short-term rental income, give me a call. We are very well-equipped to help you. You don’t want to be stuck with this home in the midst of a correction when properties start to flood the market. We can get you a free market analysis that shows you what your home could sell for today.
It’s the perfect time to sell because prices have never been so high. Then we can take the proceeds from your sale and find a property in a different community in Flagstaff that allows short-term rentals. There are plenty of them, and we’d be happy to point you in the right direction.
If you have any questions for me about these changes or real estate in general, don't hesitate to reach out via phone or email. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
