The rare agent I'm searching for is experienced, sharp, and a little tired of doing it all alone. This might be you.

Have you ever loved the actual work of real estate but felt buried by everything around it? I recorded this video because I'm looking for one specific person, and I'm hoping you can help me find them. Maybe it's someone you know. Maybe, once you hear who I'm describing, you'll realize it's you.

The agent I'm searching for. The person I'm looking for is somewhere between their seventh and thirtieth year in real estate. They're licensed, they're experienced, and they're genuinely sharp. They're also a little tired. I want to be clear about what kind of tired, because it matters. They're not tired of real estate. They're tired of the paperwork, the deadlines, the dictating to listing agents, and doing all of the work themselves.

They're tired of writing offers that never get accepted, spending money on marketing, making the videos, ordering the signs, and building the branding alone. They're worn out from chasing the business instead of doing the work they love. I've been there myself, so believe me when I say I understand exactly what that feels like.

What this agent actually loves. What this person loves, as I do, is the hunt. They love finding what a buyer wants and going and getting it, not all the other steps you have to take to move from A to Z. They listen carefully to their buyers, not just to what's being said but to what isn't. They can often show one or two homes and know precisely which one is right. They aren't door openers, and they aren't order takers.

"They aren't door openers, and they aren't order takers."

They're willing to challenge their buyers, push back, ask better questions, point out the flaws, and tell someone honestly when a home is a bad fit. They connect the dots for their people and find the fit between the person and the home. That's the part of this job that lights them up.

Here's what makes joining me different. If that sounds like you, here's the part that changes everything. You don't need to build a brand. You don't need to create videos, design flyers, or manage your listings. You don't need to coordinate transactions or spend money chasing leads.

You stay in your genius zone, the people, the relationships, the hunt, the finding of the match, and I handle the rest. This business can be isolating when you do it alone, and after more than 25 years in this business in Northern Arizona, I've put the reputation, the systems, and the support in place so that a capable agent doesn't have to reinvent any of it.
