From being newcomers in a tight-knit town to ranking among the top agents in Arizona, we're now inviting others to grow with us.
Thinking about a career in real estate or want a way to grow faster with the right support? We're looking for driven people who want to build something solid and are ready to help you get there.
If you’re feeling stuck or unsure how to break into real estate, I’ve been there, and I want to share my story not to impress, but to show you what’s possible.
When I first moved to Flagstaff with my family in 2010, I was told I wouldn’t make it as a real estate agent here. Everyone knows everyone, they said, and nobody would choose a newcomer like me. Well, that was a challenge I couldn’t ignore.
By 2012, we were licensed in Arizona; we had already been brokers in another state. And even before closing our first deal, we hired a coach because we knew we needed help doing things right.
One of the first things my coach said was to hire an assistant. I found a virtual assistant from the Philippines. Neither of us knew much about real estate in Flagstaff, but we learned as we went. We bought leads, mailed postcards, and followed every piece of advice we were given. I hustled my way into the market.
"We started without connections and built one of Arizona’s top real estate teams."

By 2016, I had worked hard enough to become Flagstaff's fourth-ranked agent. It wasn’t easy, and I didn’t always work smart, but I was passionate and driven. I set big goals for myself and pushed to improve every year.
Today, we’re proud to be the #1 individual agent with eXp Realty in Arizona, and ranked #6 across the U.S. That’s not luck. It’s about showing up every day and following a system that works.
And now, we want to help others do the same.
If you're ready to work and want to close 20 to 30 transactions a year, we’ll give you the tools, training, and support you need. All we ask is two hours of your day. That’s enough to change your business if you’re willing to show up for it.
So, if you’re serious about making a name for yourself in real estate, contact me at (928) 606-6749 or kelly.broaddus@exprealty.com. You can also look for my assistant, Chantelle. Let’s talk and start building your career in real estate.
