Meet Stephen Broaddus, an agent who reached an impressive sales goal and consistently earns client loyalty.

Are you looking for a trustworthy real estate agent? In my last post, I mentioned introducing some of our team members, and today, I’d like to introduce Stephen Broaddus, an esteemed colleague, and my son. Let me share a few highlights about him.

Last year, Stephen achieved a significant milestone by capping with eXp. For those unfamiliar, capping means he sold the required amount of real estate to earn a 100% commission rate. This is no small feat; I was the only one who achieved this before him. Now, we’re encouraging everyone on our team to reach this goal this year.

Stephen joined our team in January last year but has been a licensed real estate agent for eight years. I truly admire how he treats his clients. Their continued loyalty speaks volumes. He shared three things he appreciates about working with the team:

1. Meeting a diverse range of clients. For him, one of the best parts of this industry is meeting fascinating people, from a helicopter mechanic from Hawaii to a doctor specializing in hand surgeries. By asking interesting questions, he learns a lot about his clients and their work.

2. Teamwork. Working with the team has also made a big difference in his career. He collaborates with a fantastic group that includes five agents, support staff, the director of operations, and an assistant who helps everyone.

Stephen's dedication to his clients speaks volumes; they keep coming back.

One significant benefit of teamwork is that you don’t always have to host open houses. If you want to take a weekend off, someone else without a listing is often happy to step in and help. This support has been incredibly valuable.

3. Teaching and sharing knowledge. He enjoys sharing what he knows with others. He likes to explain his unique approach and why he thinks it works so that he can help others succeed, too.

Outside of real estate, Stephen also runs a screen printing business and a sign business that serves all the realtors in our area. This is a testament to his hard work and one of the reasons both our team and other realtors respect and appreciate him.
