Advice to Flagstaff HomeBuyers
- Get pre approved and get a lock on your mortgage while rates are still low. There is a good chance that mortage rates could go up to 5% next year should the Federal reserve raise rates 2 more times this year. Need referral to a reputable mortgage professional? Contact us at 88.446.5602
See all houses available for purchase in the Flagstaff area on the Northern Arizona MLS: http://ow.ly/428x30bd7P3.
- Currently there are over 500+ Flagstaff homes for sale on the MLS. 234 homes are priced at under $400K and only 36 of those are listed below $200K. Investors and first time buyers looking for a single family home in Flagstaff under 200K have less than 10 properties to choose from. A bigger budget of $300k will give you more homes to choose from.
Advice to Homeowners
Sell now! Inventory is lower vs last year. Flagstaff has a housing shortage and falling mortgage rates are helping fuel the demand.
