A native of Southern California growing up riding horses on her parents' Thoroughbred Horse Ranch in Rancho Santa Fe and spending the summers on the beach at the family beach house in Del Mar, Kelly Broaddus came to Flagstaff in early 2011. Over 15 years of real estate experience in multiple states, including 13 as the co-owner of her own Real Estate/Mortgage Company, forms the foundation of Kelly’s home, ranch and land sales expertise, resulting in the successful sale and/or mortgage of over 1000 national properties.
Kelly’s warm demeanor, strong ethics and fearless nature are the natural carryovers of her first profession: raising seven children. No stranger to meeting the customized needs of individuals, Kelly and her team are known for the special care, custom touches and dedicated focus and hard work that catapults her clients’ properties into the spotlight, including professional home staging, photography and a handpicked highly professional mortgage team. Being a licensed Loan Originator and Processor for over 10 years gives Kelly and her clients the confidence in knowing that the process will be completed with the least amount of problems.
In addition to basic Realtor responsibilities, Kelly is quick to utilize her additional reservoir of knowledge and experience with the mortgage process, REO’s and short sales, and a background in investment properties, having invested in properties ranging from single family homes, apartment buildings, commercial buildings, land and ranches herself, she is able to support her clients with a broad spectrum of experience and guidance throughout the entire sales process. With a client base from multiple states, investors have benefited immensely by her skill in finding them the "deal" or the "dream". Her diverse and refined skill in the sale of properties of all sizes and price points, combined with intimate familiarity with the hiccups common to the buying and selling of real estate, leaves her clients comfortably at ease in her care.
A lifetime of multitasking has given her the ability to manage a successful business and homeschool her children for most of their lives as a single mom. Many times, you can find her children entertaining the folks once a month during “Art Walk” or performing wonderful Celtic/Bluegrass/Gospel concerts at the White Dove downtown Flagstaff orperforming at the 'Picking in the Pines' Bluegrass festival. You may see them between classes at NAU. Kelly spends her personal time enriching her spiritual life by taking full advantage of God’s creation, supporting her beautiful children in their own pursuits (check out her girls at parousiaband.com), and reveling in Flagstaff's incredible quality of life.
