About Continental Country Club
Continental Country Club has 2,395 owners and a total of 28 different subdivisions within CCC. Approximately 350 were "grandfathered" that pay no dues. Some homes are not part of the HOA but can opt in to join for the many amenities available.
The Continental and Coconino Country Club have been around since the '60s. The home sites surround two golf courses that are in the area. One of the golf courses is Continental Country Club (previously known as Elden Hills Golf Course) which is a public course. The other is Aspen Valley, who is private. Country Club features middle to high-end homes, townhomes, and condominiums.
Continental Country Club Membership Fees/HOA Dues
Continental Country Club residents that are "Full Members" have access to the Country Club amenities as part of their annual $550 HOA dues. Amenities include:

Flagstaff Extreme Adventure Course - Challenging yet fun with five different courses. The courses start out relatively easy and get much more difficult and test your mental skills as you go higher.
