Foxglenn in Flagstaff is an area that is slowly appreciating in value. Earlier this year, the Coconino County Assesor's office released the 2016-2017 median home values for Flagstaff neighborhoods. Location


Southeast from downtown Flagstaff, the Foxglenn neighborhood is accessible via Route 40 and Butler Avenue. Most of these Flagstaff homes were built in the 1980's and measure 1,200- 2,000 square feet.  Current home prices in Foxglenn range from low 200,000 to mid 300,000. The nearby schools, fire station, park and churches make this community perfect for families and individuals looking for affordable housing.

Attractions & Recreations


This neighborhood is bordered to the east by Elk Run subdivision while it's western neighbor is Falcon Ridge subdivision and a large acreage owned by Flagstaff Unified School District 1. Landmarks to the north are churches: Christ's Church of Flagstaff & Flagstaff Church of Nazarene.
South of Foxglenn, across Butler Ave is  Flagstaff's largest city park, Foxglenn Park which offers baseball and soccer fields, Basketball courts, a playground and skate park, and access to the national forest. It's the home to the Soar Into Spring Festival each April as well as the Arizona Highland Celtic Festival in July.

Some of the best restaurant in the area include Artisan’s Kitchen Located in a strip mall, just minutes from the I-40 and Country Club. You must try pizza with soppresetta, pistachio and honey at the Fat Olives.
